At present ITL partners are RER, Bologna, Piacenza and Ravenna Provinces, the University of Bologna and the Catholic University of Milan (Piacenza branch).

In terms of institutional development the ITL is widening its partners network and including the Regional Union of Chambers of Commerce (Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna), the Regional Association of Enterprises (Confindustria Emilia-Romagna), Ravenna Port Authority, Bologna Freight Village, Bologna, Modena, Ravenna and Piacenza Municipalities, the regional railway company (Ferrovie Emilia Romagna - FER),
Regional Hauliers Associations and other public and private bodies.
